Starz App Crashing

Hello! My Starz app on my Hisense Roku TV is displaying splash screen, going black, then closing upon trying to launch.

I have already tried removing and reading rhe channel, full power restart on TV, checking network settings, etc.  Nothing is fixing the issue for me  

Any ideas?

      There is no help from them whatsoever.  It just says I can use the app or channel. I have direct subscription so I have to use the channel.  But it crashes.  As does the Roku Channel app now as well.
