I'm having the same issue.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Device: 4660X - Roku Ultra
- Serial Number: YJ0095230352
- OS Version: 14.0.4 Build 12221-46
- GC version: 12.6.32
- Device Id: CK37C9230352
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Traker ID: 52-467-942
- Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
- OS Version: 14.0.4 Build 12221-46
