Soundtrack on "Air Disasters" series overpowers voiceOver and speech.

I think its being broadcast this way as no adjustments to audio settings helps (e.g., switching Options from "Auto/Recommended" to "Speech". The background music and sound FX are sometimes too loud and we can barely hear the narrator. This happens once or twice a month, and only on this show. Otherwise we never need to touch the Audio settings.

How to get Rokus "Real Disaster Channel" manager to check their broadcast settings for this show?

It's Roku's responsibility to ensure their broadcasting fidelity.

There is no way for viewers to contact the series production company - apparently the series is no longer in production. Or to sleuth and search and identify how to contact the channel provider. I've tried.

Its irresponsible for Roku to broadcast virtually unwatchable episodes - where the sound effects audio completely overpowers the narrator - and then refuse to take action to correct the situation.

This issue should be escalated to an operations supervisor, who can contact the production company and/or the channel provider, and work out a fix.

For the record, I've made note of some of the episodes that need remixed audio. There are many others.
        - KLM/PanAm 747's at Tenerife island
        - China Airlines 120 fire at gate in Okinawa
        - American 77 into the Pentagon on 911
