The Chosen has moved from Angel Studios to their own dedicated channel/app (The Chosen), that you can install from the Roku Channel Store. https://channelstore.roku.com/details/3815986198ed897f41f69ab70adb1d23/the-chosen
Also available via the Play and Apple Stores so you can try casting to your TV if having an issue with the The Chosen channel/app via Roku.
Can also watch by going to https://watch.thechosen.tv/ on a laptop and connecting a HDMI cable to your TV if needing a larger screen.

The Chosen app not working. I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations. Chatted with Roku troubleshooting. They didn't have an answer either. Told me to contact The Chosen website, which in turn tells you to contact Roku troubleshooting: trying a series of things, restart system, delete and reinstall app.
Still app not working correctly.

Same here. Downloaded the app on my Roku TV but will not even acknowledge a season 4 episode. The app even locked up my whole TV a few times. I can play it on my computer but I want it on my TV like promised.

My chosen app is not working as of 2 am last night and will not let me watch season 4 today episode 1 or any other season 1,2 and 3 season won't play either on Roku
just crashes
the only thing it allows is the trailers interviews and store

Me Too, the same, on a Roku TV and a tv with a Roku stick. Roku says the app is up to date but the app square button still says "The Chosen" it does not show the Three fish. It shows 2.1 version and I think I saw that there is an updated version 2.6.1, Roku just won't update it.

Thanks for informing us about your concern with The Chosen channel.
In addition to AvsGunnar's post, we recommend reaching out to the channel provider's support directly and letting them know about the issue you've encountered and inquiring further about their future updates on the app. Channels on the Roku platform are managed and handled by the channel providers themselves. Thus, any issues you encounter with their apps, a workaround and an update will be able to address it.
We hope for your understanding and hope that this will be sorted out soon.
