Paramount Plus app will open but is having a problem with payment from Roku and will not let me stream but will show me all the wonderful shows that I would like to be watching, I made sure that I updated the Roku app and my credit card of which is working fine because Roku charged on it and also prime, when I go to the star on my remote for Paramount Plus it does not list removal of app so I can reinstall it please advise

Ugh this is frustrating my payment hasn't changed I have been charged on ym card it went through. I still can't watch paramount on either my roku TV or my vizio tv and it's missing me off if I paid for it I should be able to watch it! Anyone able to fix it. I have updated app and TV i uninstalled in and reinstalled it and still it says "we are having trouble processing your payment though roku please update your payment method if you have already done so sign out and sign back in" and it doesn't work

  It looks like you're having trouble accessing your Paramount+ subscription on your Roku TV. Restarting the System might help fix this issue. Here's how: Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart.

    I'm having the exact same issues. I've done all troubleshooting techniques, I'm about to leave Paramount because of this. I love the shows, but you charge my card, and then don't let me watch, on any platform? Only way I will stay is if I get a discounted or complimentary rate for few months. I have enough stress in my life to have to add to it spending over an hour of my evening trying to troubleshoot something that should just work. That I pay for.

  I am having the exact same issue. Roku payment method was updated, Paramount plus subscription was charged, but app won’t stream shows even though previews will play. When wanting to stream no error code just “We’re having trouble processing your payment through Roku… ”It says if you already updated payment to sign out of the app and sign back in, but that does nothing.

  Been having exact same issue. My payment information is correct through paramount but app will not let me watch anything. Tried it on all my Roku tvs. Won’t work on any. Deleted app, reinstalled. Unplugged, reset tv and checked for updates. Still won’t work. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Yes I’m having same problem. It is saying can’t process payment but took the money off my card. I uninstall the app reinstalled it. I have restarted everything reset everything unplugged my Internet and Roku box plugged everything back in still nothing please help.

Has this been fixed? I just made a payment using Apple Pay and it took my money and I can’t get use Paramount plus, it states problem with my payment

    Yes, I am still having the issue. I have logged out and logged back in and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and restarted my Roku TV!!! Paramount took my money but I can’t get into the app on any of my devices. It states:
    We’re having trouble processing your payment through Roku. Please update your payment method. If you’ve already done that, sign out or Paramount+, then sign in again!!!

Yeah, sounds like the issue's on Paramount Plus’s side, especially if your card works fine with Roku and Prime. Roku sometimes won’t let you remove certain apps with the star button, which is annoying. Try restarting the Roku or doing a network reset — that helped me once.I had a similar problem with a different app recently and tested my card on https://plkasynaonline.com/platnosci/revolut/ where I usually play — went through with no problem, so it was clearly the app acting up. Hopefully Paramount fixes it soon.
