The Chosen app not working. I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations. Chatted with Roku troubleshooting. They didn't have an answer either. Told me to contact The Chosen website, which in turn tells you to contact Roku troubleshooting: trying a series of things, restart system, delete and reinstall app.
Still app not working correctly.
Same here. Downloaded the app on my Roku TV but will not even acknowledge a season 4 episode. The app even locked up my whole TV a few times. I can play it on my computer but I want it on my TV like promised.
During the chat for the livestream, the Chosen admin mentioned that "the roku platform will be sending an update" sometime this week.
They just do not phrase things correctly with how these things work as renojim indicated. Basically, it means that The Chosen will publish an update to their channel/app later this week.

I just checked youtube, no episodes for season 4 are there. The trailer is there tho.
I absolutely hate using Youtube (I use other front-ends), but just installed it on Roku.
After you enter Youtube, go to the channel for the Chosen. Once there, scroll down and you will find Episode 1 under "Past Live Streams". It will indicate 3:05:20 because it contains the episode and a panel discussion afterwards.
