    This seems like an issue regarding your Spectrum account on the Spectrum channel if your friend is able to access the channel on your device. For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Spectrum support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

    We understand that you have a question about whether there's a fee for adding Spectrum to your Roku TV. In this case, there's no fee for adding a channel. Since you already pay via your Spectrum cable bill. You can check out this link on how to add a channel here.
