Netflix won't finish loading on Roku 3 or Premier +

Unable to get Netflix to finish loading on either of two ROKU boxes, ROKU 3 or ROKU Premier +.  Works fine on ROKU express.  Have tried removing app, resetting ROKU boxes nothing helps.  Loads a selected video to 25 percent and then just stops.

Do these ROKUs no longer work with Netflix?  They used to.

      I believe the Netflix app is still supported on these Roku devices. Could you share more details? 

      • Is this happening only in the Netflix app? What about the other apps?
      • Could you please send us a photo while the issue occurs?
