1) Make sure you disable Dolby Vision/HDR Always on:
Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Advanced display settings/Dolby Vision/HDR Always on = Off
2) Temporarily connect directly to TV/PJ to exclude AVR configuration/setting issue - make sure you enable Deep Color/4K/60Hz/Dolby Vision (setting depends on brand/model) on the TV's HDMI port.
