Roku TV the plex app only allows manual sign in. It has no sign in with Google or via app like Netflix.
It's not possible to authenticate this way and very slow.
Is this a bug with the TV / app only ? Worked fine before the TV using a Roku tv add-on.
My experience with the Plex app is they display a code on the screen and you go to the Plex web site, log in, and enter the code. I've seen that on Roku, iOS and Android devices. It's been a few months since I've needed to log into Plex on a Roku, but that's the way it worked. If I remember correctly, it offers either the code or the manual sign in when you first start the app. Perhaps you chose the incorrect way.
