Roku Soundbar Crackeling and Static Noise

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.

Please reply here with the serial number of your Roku Streambar. It can be found from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. I'll be able to further assist you from there.

I am also having this issue as well as when I go to control the volume, it pauses whatever I’m watching and starts to crackle the audio

    We're sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.
