Roku shows not playing

I see this seems to be a common problem for years. I have done all the removing, reloading, restarting suggestions and still nothing. I click on a series, press play episode and then nothing. 
I’m playing it off my Roku TV. 
Hope this can get fixed soon. Not exactly a selling feature for access if it never works. :(

    In addition to RokuArcelyn​  suggestion, restarting your internet router may help. If all your apps on Roku are experiencing the same issue, try restarting both your Roku device and your router. This can often resolve connectivity or performance problems.

    You seem to have a playback issue with your Roku TV. To help us understand the problem better, can you tell us:

    • Do you see any error message when you press play?
    • What is the specific name of the app, episode, and season? If possible, please provide the specific title of the season.

    In the meantime, try updating the software version of your Roku TV (Settings > System > Software update) and performing a system restart.
