Roku Media apps will not open on my Hisense TV.

Hello everyone.

I am unable to open the Roku Media apps on my Hisense TV. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

I have been troubleshooting, and this is just one of the steps I've taken today- today-2024-06-09. I would very much appreciate any feedback so I may find out if this is my issue or a broader situation.

Thank you

Mike

  • Hi mike7774u2,

Thanks for the first post in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We'd like to take action on this, but we need more details to better understand the issue you're experiencing. Please refer to the following questions to provide us with the necessary information.

    • May we know if there's an error message displaying on your TV screen?
    • Have you checked your internet connection?
    • When did the issue occur?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

In the meantime, please try unplugging both the Roku TV and the internet router and see if it makes any difference.

We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.

    Best regards,
    Jharra

      Thank you for your reply.

I did as suggested, and unplugged the two items, plugged them back in. That did it. I can use the apps on my TV again.

Thank you so much again Jharra for your help.

      Mike Davis.
