Roku is continuously restarting

My roku device has continuously been restarting for roughly a year now. Recently I have changed the cord, that did not resolve the issue. I also changed the outlet it was plugged into, that also did not resolve the issue. And tonight I factory reset my device using the reset button, the device will stay active until I select my language and it attempts to connect to the wifi. Please assist.

    It might help to know the model number written on the device somewhere.  Assuming it's one that gets its power through a USB cable, have you tried a different USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp (1000mA).  Look at the fine print on the power adapter for something like, Output: 5V 1A.  More than 1A/1000mA is all right as well.
