Just had this problem today 8/1/21 this is what I did - Pressed the on/off button on the Roku remote quickly until the logo for my TVs brand showed and it stopped. don't know why it just did. Hope this help others if it happens again I will let you know but for now I am watching my show. Good Luck - Just Me
