Generally, if the Roku device can not detect any networks to connect to, usually indicates a failed/bad device. (hardware issue). Of course, this assumes the neighboring networks are not sharing a common ISP or gateway provider and that the device was previously working. If this is a new device, may be a network setting. Model number of the Roku device would help.
If the Roku device is a Streaming Stick model 3810/3820, then issue could be a bad USB power cable which contains an internal wifi module (LRWR/AWR).
You could try a few things to troubleshoot.
- Try connecting to mobile hotspot if available.
- Try performing a Network Connection Reset on the Roku device. (Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Network Connection Reset/Reset Connection).
- Try performing a Factory Reset. (Press and hold in reset button for 30+ seconds). Just make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before peforming a Factory Reset.
Feel free to post back model number of Roku device (found under Settings/System/About) with update if still having issues.
