Snakecharmed Yes. Was the TV used when you received it? It sounds like you are using some else's account on the TV
On your Roku TV, starting at the Roku home page, go to Settings > System > About.
The email address shown near the top of that page identifies the Roku account to which the TV is linked.

Snakecharmed I would suggest you do a factory reset of the Roku TV. This will remove the TV from its current Roku account and allow you to set up the TV like it is brand new. When you do this you will lose access to all apps on the Roku TV.
When linked to your Roku account you will have all of the apps shown on your Roku Express device. You will probably have to login to some or all of the apps to use them once you have linked the Roku TV to your account. To do a factory reset of the Roku TV follow these steps:
- Press home on your remote to open the main screen.
- Scroll down and select Settings
- Press the right arrow button, scroll and select System
- Press the right arrow button, scroll and select Advanced system settings
- Press the right arrow button, scroll and select Factory reset
- Press the right arrow button, scroll and select Factory reset everything
- Press home on your remote to open the main screen.

Thanks. I'll try that.
