Roku Channel will not play

The Roku Channel will not play anything. Click, play, it says "loading" for a couple seconds then goes back to the previous screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated. Still doesn't work. Had the same...

    Roku does not support use of a vpn, and discussion about it is prohibited here on the forum. The Roku Channel is not available in your country, end of discussion.

I own a TCL ROKU TV and the ROKU channel and the two subscriptions I bought will not load on the TV.

    MD7514 Do you live somewhere other than the US or Canada? What subscriptions are you referring to?

      I also have this same issue, I live in Canada.  All other services stream without issue, just Roku won’t.  I have removed, re-added, updated, reset entire TCL tv to factory.  I do not have a VPN.
