roku channel not playing show or movie while logged in. on Mac laptop
When I click on a movie or show to watch (while I am already logged in), it does not load at all and stays in "loading" . Please help ASAP

Try unplugging your Roku device from power for 30 to 60 seconds and see if that helps.
It works on my tv but not laptop.
