Roku channel Audio doesn’t work

Why is the roku channel not playing audio properly?  It says the movie has Spanish audio and when I choose it, nothing plays. Why doesn’t it work? And no its not changing from English to Spanish sinc...

We appreciate you for bringing to our attention that the Spanish Audio track is not working on the Roku channel content. Don't worry help is here.

We would like to take a closer look. Could you please provide the name of the content you are having an issue with? Additionally, does this problem occur with just one movie, or does it affect all content that offers a Spanish audio track? In the meantime, please try to restart the system of your Roku device by following the steps below:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart
