I have been having trouble with the PBS app for about a month and today it just keeps crashing and putting me back to the Home Screen. I have deleted and resubscribed to the app, checked system updates, etc—all the tips I found from other users and it’s still not working. Clearly this is a well-known issue—is there a timeline for resolution?

Same here. App actually disappeared on my bedroom tv, so I reinstalled it but it won’t open. I sent email and have ticket #.
Many of these programs are favorites and the reason I’ve been a sustaining member.
Cant remember a situation like this. Guess I’ve been lucky. Also glad I have a file with login info and password,
Same here. No problems up to last night when it was fine. Tonight it shows the PBS splash screen, then a black or dark gray screen, then back to the home screen for roku.
