High volume viewers makes the Channel app lag, freeze and malfunction

Has anyone ever noticed whenever there is a high volume of viewers on a certain apps, the app will malfunction. But these apps want to charge us MORE money for **bleep**ty service. How about dealing with high volume problems which makes the app lag, freeze and malfunction. It has NOTHING to do with my connection. I can connect to lesser viewed app just fine. If Sunday night football is going to be like this throughout the season. I might as well cancel now, because screw this.
