Re: Cineplex app crashes, kicks back to home screen

Seems like a lot of people are having this issue and so am I. When going into the cineplex app and attempting to play a trailer or a movie I have in my library, it crashes and returns to the Home Screen. Checked for updates and it says I am up to date. Current is 3.14 build 0. Deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing. Cleared cache and restarted, nothing.

    We’d like to work with our Roku team on this. Can you share some details? 

    • Tracker ID and OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
    • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote
    • A video or photo must be helpful

      Cineplex Build version is 3.14 build 0

      tv software is 14.6.4 build 9916

      Hardware id (if that’s the tracker id) is G205X ( home 5 times and back 5 times just shuts off the tv)

      wont let me upload a video but essentially when pressing play or play trailer, it just exits the app back to the home screen
