Cineplex app crashes, kicks back to home screen

    Happy to report that the issue has been resolved. The Cineplex Store app has been updated to 3.15 (from 3.04) today. It doesn't crash anymore. Fingers crossed that's the end of it.

We’d like to work with our Roku team on this. Can you share some details? 

  • Tracker ID and OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
  • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote
  • A video or photo must be helpful

Cineplex Build version is 3.14 build 0

tv software is 14.6.4 build 9916

Hardware id (if that’s the tracker id) is G205X ( home 5 times and back 5 times just shuts off the tv)

wont let me upload a video but essentially when pressing play or play trailer, it just exits the app back to the home screen
