Prime video unable to install
I can’t install Prime Video on my Roku stick Roku 3940EU2 Roku Express UK it doesn’t seem to be the ones listed as no longer supported. can you help thanks Linda

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be more than willing to help you install and access the Prime Video app on your Roku streaming stick/Express.
Firstly, can you please confirm if you've activated and are currently using your Roku device in the UK? If not, please be aware that the Roku streaming platform is US-based, and only limited countries are being offered to use Roku.
This could be the reason why you can't add certain apps to your channel lineup.

However, your Roku account gets tagged with your home location. When used outside your home location, the apps and content you can sccess may be limited.
In addition to what our Community Expert provided, kindly ensure you're currently using your Roku device in those said regions to have full access to channels/apps available on the Roku streaming platform.
Roku can detect your location to where you are currently streaming even if you've activated your Roku device and are using a UK email address through an IP address. This may be the reason why you can't add specific apps to your channel lineup.
