It should be. I believe there's only a certain "Express" model that doesn't support it. What's the model number of your stick as displayed under Settings->System->About?
Are you able to add it from the website?

Asking at https://community.tablotv.com/ may get you a better answer. Be sure to use the model number as there's several 4k sticks.

The Tablo app isnt supported on the new Streaming Stick+ (3830) due to the fact it (uniquely) uses an Amlogic SoC that lacks the necessary MPEG2 decoding capabilities (all other Roku player models released in the last 5 years use Realtek SoCs).
If you got the Streaming Stick+ (3830) you'll want/need to return that and get any other more recent model (e.g. Streaming Stick 4K (3820), or Ultra 2024 (4850).
