Photo Stream channel not working

Hi ours hasn’t worked for a while now. Version 1.43 build 8b56f8a4 funny enough it works on our other Roku TV so what gives? Why doesn’t it work on this specific one? We’ve tried deleting and reset...

Can you please specify the steps to reproduce the issue and what is happening on screen when the issue occurs? If possible, can you please provide a screenshot or video of when the issue happens?

I’ve deleted and readded and restarted everything and it won’t work period.. it will try to open and start but just immediately closes out back to the Home Screen it won’t even open photo stream and I just bought this Roku tv

    We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you are experiencing. Could you try to restart your Roku device and see if it helps? We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart.
