Peacock gone after a update

I have Roku tv watch peacock all the time. The tv updated last night and peacock is gone. If I search it and it says open app when I click it it does nothing. Help

    Thanks for letting us know about this issue you had with the Peacock channel since It was gone after you updated the Roku TV. Please try to system restart the Roku TV by going to Settings> System> Power> System Restart.

      we are having the same issue.. after the update Peacock will not launch... the error is "something went wrong".. please help

        It seems like you are having accessibility issues with the Peacock app on your Roku device. No worries! We're going to suggest some steps to help you troubleshoot this app. 

        Before proceeding, may we know if this is the only app you have this issue with? Also, are you accessing this directly from the standalone app or via The Roku Channel?

        In the meantime, if your subscription is not billed via your Roku account, kindly follow the steps precisely provided by our support article on How to resolve a channel playback issue.

        However, if you're billed via Roku, please highlight the Peacock channel tile and press the star (*) button on your remote to update it. 

        Let us know how it goes and we'll go from there.
