PBS Kids App not working

I keep trying to launch the PBS Kids app, but it won't load. I've turned my device on and off, checked the app for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still won't load. It has been buggy for weeks now. Please help!

    Greetings, and welcome to the Roku Community.

    We understand the trouble you've encountered with the PBS Kids app, and we're here to provide you with a proper troubleshooting step to resolve the issue.

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
    2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
    3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

    Once all of the steps are accurately followed, please check and open the app if you see any improvements.

        Try reaching out to PBS kids customer support directly and see if they can help. They may be having issues.
