PBS App playback issue error code 003
My Roku is not working for PBS Passport. In particular, I am able to access the PBS Passport site but for new programs displayed, I always get an error 003 popping up. Also the back button on the remote does not work. I have tried the above steps to restart without success. I also disconnected from power the tv, the router and the roku router before attempting to restart. The roku device seems to work for Britbox, Prime etc. Help.

It seems that you have an issue with the PBS app's inability to access it. Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps.
Have you tried deleting the app yet? If not, please uninstall the PBS app, then reinstall it once it's done.
