Paramount plus subscription on Roku

I pay paramount plus for a commercial free app.  When it shows up, it shows up as “in Roku”.  I pay paramount plus and today I found out I am also paying on Roku.  And when I try to watch paramount plus on Roku, I get commercials unless I use the restart app up to 10x to get the commercial free part of the app!  How do I fix this!  Very frustrating and very frustrating I can’t email or contact Roku, just get a bot!

    If you are paying Paramount directly, you should be using their app, not the "on Roku Channel" version.  If you do a Search from the Home Screen for "Paramount' you'll see two icons displayed - one with "on RokuChannel" and one without.  Use the one that doesn't have "on Roku Channel" and cancel your subscription that's through Roku by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About.
