Roku tv not letting me sign into YouTube
I was watching a video then was logged out suddenly. When I try to press log in from any tab the "Sign in" option does nothing. I've reset the app and tv, uninstalled and reset to factory settings. My tv and app are both up to date. Please assist

Let's go through a troubleshooting step to resolve this problem. Please follow the instructions below:
- On the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote and choose "Remove channel".
- Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
- Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

Once this has been performed, kindly access the app once more and log-in using your credentials.
