Paramount Plus app having a problem with payment

Paramount Plus app will open but is having a problem with payment from Roku and will not let me stream but will show me all the wonderful shows that I would like to be watching, I made sure that I updated the Roku app and my credit card of which is working fine because Roku charged on it and also prime, when I go to the star on my remote for Paramount Plus it does not list removal of app so I can reinstall it please advise

    Instead of going through the payment process, could you try signing in with your Paramount Plus app credentials? Make sure you're trying to access the stand-alone app if your subscription isn't through the Roku Channel; otherwise, open the Paramount Plus app on the Roku channel.

  • We are having the same issue, BUT we pay for paramount plus through Apple….not Roku.  Why are we getting the message to update payment method in Roku

      Been having exact same issue. My payment information is correct through paramount but app will not let me watch anything. Tried it on all my Roku tvs. Won’t work on any. Deleted app, reinstalled. Unplugged, reset tv and checked for updates. Still won’t work. Any suggestions would be appreciated  thanks

      I am having the exact same issue. Roku payment method was updated, Paramount plus subscription was charged, but app won’t stream shows even though previews will play. When wanting to stream no error code just “We’re having trouble processing your payment through Roku… ”It says if you already updated payment to sign out of the app and sign back in, but that does nothing. 

      • Also having the exact same issue and i have updated payment and the charges went thru and was paid but still saying the same thing!!!!
