It looks like you have an issue with the over-the-air channels having an outdated time listing.
Could you tell us whether you are using an antenna or a cable?
In the meantime, try restarting the TV by pressing Home > Select Settings > Select System > Power (skip this step if the power submenu isn't available) > System restart.
