I get the home screen and can select a channel and a show. But when I push "play," the screen goes to black. This is happening on all channels.
I have rebooted the router and the television. It helped for a while (one episode of the Crown), but it is doing it again.
THis TV is only 2 years old. 😞

Could you tell us more about this? When did you start seeing the issue occur? Also, we suggest accessing this TV using an alternative network like a mobile hotspot to see if there are any differences.
Once we have a clearer grasp of the situation, we'll be able to move forward.

This was happening Sunday night. I have a second Roku tv upstairs and it was having the same issue. It looked like they weren't able to load content properly. I gave up after a while.
I'm away from home for the holidays, so I won't be able to try the alternate wifi option until next week. My main tv is in the same room as my wifi router and the connection said it was Excellent.
I'm kind of hoping this was a one-off issue and it will be resolved by then. I'll report back next week.
