Missing Apps on the homescreen

Went away for the weekend. Come back and the majority of my channels are missing. Apparently they’re there when I search for them, but they don’t show up on the home screen. All of them were there two days ago.

similar things happened on my other Roku. Outside of literally resetting and having to sign into every blanking app again there is no consistent fix. Literally half of my normally used apps now have to be searched or I basically have to. Reset the app spend 20 minutes re-signing into everything.

You really are trying to make me buy another product, aren’t you?

Kinda hard to say. Already installed them back.  Tried it and didn’t change anything. All apps are still out of the order they were originally in.  All the used ones are there.  Basically the only apps showing are the ones I personally downloaded, roku channel, and backdrops. Tons of apps (although ones I don’t use) are gone. Did the company do a hard reset and take away not frequently used apps?

This one seems different than my normal missing an HBO or Netflix, etc.

Not trying to hate. Generally want to stay with the product, but this stuff is a bit just annoying.

    Hi Upder1

It seems like you have an issue with the apps not showing up on the home screen.

We suggest doing a quick restart to see if that helps:

    • Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    • Go to Settings
    • Select System
    • Choose Power (if you don't see this option, skip to the next step)
    • Select System restart

Give your device a restart and let us know if you notice any changes. Thank you!

Never mind. This time it just decided to delete half of my apps. Forget hiding them somewhere.
