Loading Issue with IWantTFC

I installed IWantTFC in my Roku, but when I try to open the app, it appears to be loading, then returns to the Roku Home Screen.  Both the app and the system are updated, so I don’t know what the issue is. I have also deleted the app, restarted the system, then reinstalled the app, but this does not solve the issue. #iwanttfc #loadingissues

    After attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other apps play fine, contact the app provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. The app developers themselves maintain apps on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific app likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.

  • Try doing either a full system restart or unplug the Roku for 60 seconds to clear the cache and see if that helps,

    • The current software version of your Roku.
    • Does it happen across all the apps on Roku or only with the IwantTFC app?
    • Are you experiencing this issue with a Roku TV or a Roku device? What is the model name?

    In the meantime, I recommend restarting the internet router to ensure the issue isn't on the internet. Let me know if this works.

      Hi! This issue is with a Roku TV TCL model 32S305, software version 14.6. This issue is only with the IWantTFC app. I do have  Roku device on another TV in my home and the IWantTFC app works fine on there. restarting the router does not affect the issue. Thanks!

        Spectulating here, but maybe that TCL model may not have the capability built into its hardware to handle the app.  Some of these budget level TVs cut corners on the hardware they use.
