If you are experiencing an issue with Live TV showing a black screen and you have already updated your Roku TV to the latest OS 11.0, can you please provide us with the following information so we can investigate further:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-exact steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-screenshot of what you is happening on screen
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

Mine started working again, so all is good. (knock on wood)

Have restarted system, powered everything off and unplugged and done factory reset. Rescanned channels after reset and still no live tv!
