Ion channels are missing.

The ion channels are not showing on my Roku tv at all did all updates and scansI had them all yesterday I watch these all the time so would love to get them back

    Hey everyone!

    Status update 7/27: We believe that the issue with the ION channels missing on Live TV is now resolved and should be available again. 

    If you still encounter the issue, please try again later, or you can perform a manual software update on your Roku device.

    Here's how:

    1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

    I'm having the same issue. I've done the system restart and software updates. Didn't resolve it. Checked my other Roku devices as well. Same problem. The ION channels have disappeared from Roku Live. Would be nice if a Roku rep would address this issue soon. At least, I can still watch all the ION channels on Samsung Tv Plus on my phone and tablet.

      I am having the same issues.. it is very frustrating.   ION is my most watched channel.   Please bring it back.

      I am hoping this is resolved and not a permanent thing

      it's just so convenient to have all 3 in my favorites and it shows up on home screen.

    Same here was watching ion this morning and poof it went away I Watch ion all the time it’s my favorite channel hope they fix it

    BTW if you have an Xbox you can still watch the ion channels on Tubi

        Yes, Tubi on Roku has all the ION channels. Watching ION Plus on Tubi right now.

      yes I am sure tubi and even  Pluto have it but all 3 were so easily accessible on the Roku live

        Totally agree. So much more easier to access these channels on Roku Live.

    Yes! I've been on chat support and they could not help. I did all the system restarts. All ION channels have been removed.  They don't show up in the channel search at all.

      wow this so strange but must say relieved it's not just me and that can find on Tubi

        I am also relieved. Have done everything I can find to try to resolve no luck. One station with all my favorite shows gone.
