I cannot get my Roku TV to come up on any channel. It says my account has expired. I don’t know what

I cannot get my Roku TV to come up on anything. It says it’s not connected. It said my Roku account has expired

Hi, I had set up Roku on my TV in December, then forgot about it. Last week I tried to connect and I get a message that the the app is not available in the Play Store for my country which is weird since I had previously set it up. Also, I tried get an agents help, but Roku tells me I'm not eligible for agent support,  also weird since a live agent helped me set it up in December. How do I get it to work!

YAM  Depending on where you live, several apps may be restricted and/or not available as well as the Roku may have limited capabilities, if you are using in a region where the device is not currently supported.
