Thanks for the post.
Try to add the channel from our website by clicking this link: Peacock channel. Once done, go to your Roku device and manually update your channel line up by navigating to Settings > System > System update > Check now.

Thanks, I did what you said and it is still doesn’t show up on my tv. It says it’s installed, through my phone but it’s not showing on my actual television.

Thanks for following up.
What Roku model device are you using? Peacock is available in selected Roku devices.
In addition, when you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email that is shown?

Yeah so I have an express 3700 (3710RW) and apparently Peacock is not supported although it works on 2 other roku’s in the house and my I pad. That sucks! Hours of fighting this **bleep** thing, but that seems to be the answer.
why can’t my Roku software be updated?
Do they just want to force me to buy a newer unit?Disgruntled customer
