I am subscribed directly through NFL+. I am using the NFL app. Thank you.
Make sure you're using whatever username/email address and password you have set up with NFL+ and not your Roku email address and password (unless they're the same, which isn't recommended). Otherwise, contact NFL+. It's their app, so they're the ones that should be able to help you.
Note that Roku's initial channel Sign in screen offers to send the email address affiliated with your Roku account, to save you from having to type it in.
If your NFL+ account uses a different address, click "Use different email" instead of "Continue".
