Hulu and paramount + crashing

Hulu has been crashing for about week as soon as I click on a show. Paramount started yesterday. Roku tv is less than a year old. Ive tried all the usual, uninstalled apps, unplugged, check for updat...

It looks like you're having trouble with the Hulu and Paramount+ apps. We'd like to investigate this issue.

  • What software version is the Roku currently using?
  • A video or photo would be helpful.

    Im using the most recent as I've tried to update everyday this week. 

    A photo of a black screen? I click on the show, the screen turns black and 1 second later its on the home page.

      Thank you for that additional info. And thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps you have mentioned above.

      To confirm, have you tried checking the other apps besides Hulu and Paramount Plus to see if the same thing happens?
