I was attempting to see what this is, because it has been canceled by Roku advisor, but I never ordered it in the first place. Seems I cannot find out who did, someone obviously has hacked me..??

You mentioned that the Great Courses had already been canceled, but it looks like they were ordered again. To help prevent this in the future, we recommend setting up a Roku PIN on your Roku account.
