How to cancel a Disney+ subscription?

Tried to CANCEL Disney+ They will not cancel for me ,Why I do not know ??????? they said go to Disney + to cancel so I did , and Disney + told me go to  Roku to cancel , so I did again, And still they are taking my Money!  Anyone having this problem ??? please let me know how to cancel, Thank you

      Under the Your Plan Tab

      On the right you will see 'Manage on Roku' Ignore that

      Instead click the white text on the Left

      Directly under the small text that reads 'Subscriptions'

      This will take you to page that has a Cancel button at the bottom.

  • Try logging into your Roku account and see if you have any subscriptions listed in the account.  If not, then log into your Disney account and see if you can access the subscription to manage/cancel it.  Usually, a PC works better at seeing the information.

    We appreciate you sharing your concern about canceling Disney+ on your Roku account, and we're here to help.

    To manage or cancel your Disney+subscription, even if you're billed through Roku, you must contact those streaming services directly. Roku processes the charge, but Disney+, Hulu, and Sling TV handle management of the subscription.

      I am having the same issue. However, when I called Disney they cannot see the subscription  I am being charged for by Roku. The reason I called them was because after one month of use the subscription suddenly stopped. I am being billed by Roku and money sent to Disney by I do not have that subscription any longer. Please send me someone to speak to.
