Holy Bible App not launching

I bought the Bible app for ,99 but it doesn't launch.  Do I have to wait to my payment processes?

    Thanks for keeping us posted and we appreciate your efforts in trying to troubleshoot this app. 

    If this is the only app you are having this issue with, we would highly recommend directly coordinating this with the channel provider themselves as they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.

    Thanks for reaching out and for letting us know about being unable to open the Holy Bible App. We'd be happy to provide further information about this and suggest some steps to help you.

    We suggest the following steps to help you troubleshoot this app and see if you can access it successfully.:

    1. Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel
    2. Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
    3. Re-install the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel

    Please let us know how it goes and we'll go from there.

      My holy Bible app don't launch. I have so e the system reset as described to the other person. The app still doesn't work.

        Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community!

        We understand that you're having trouble accessing the Holy Bible channel. Did you try the troubleshooting steps provided above by RokuCarly?

        Note: After removing a channel, the best practice is to restart the Roku to clear its memory before reinstalling it. Without the restart, you may not get a clean reinstall.

        If the problem persists, keep us posted on what you find out.
