I can't use Max through the Roku channel, I can't find a way to log in. I had the Max account prior to having the Roku. Am I missing how to log in to my Max account via the Roku channel?

Just a heads-up: You can't use an existing Max subscription to access Max within The Roku Channel. To log in to Max through The Roku Channel, you must have subscribed directly through it.

Yeah, no kidding. So then how could this help? Max said to ask you, you said to ask Max. So here I sit, writing down where I left off my viewing.

Egkilmon, I feel your pain & frustration because I am still having the same issue too! I gave up trying to fix it nothing has worked, I thought clearing the cache helped but I was wrong. Every time I watch it goes back to where I was before I started watching, it’s like Groundhog Day. It’s the runaround & no one’s provided a fix. I also constantly get asked to sign into HBO MAX which is another annoying piece to this puzzle.
