HBO Max Not Saving Progress

Probably a Max issue, but is anyone else having issues with Max not saving viewing progress? All shows. I've deleted and reinstalled the app.

Hi Roku team - it's the stand alone app. I didn't even think to try using it through the Roku channel. I'll do that and see if it makes a difference.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. Let us know if the issue also occurs when accessing HBO Max through the Roku Channel. If it's only happening on the standalone HBO Max app, we recommend reaching out to the app provider for further assistance. You can contact them here.

      I can't use Max through the Roku channel, I can't find a way to log in. I had the Max account prior to having the Roku. Am I missing how to log in to my Max account via the Roku channel?

        Hey, egkilmon​ 

        Just a heads-up: You can't use an existing Max subscription to access Max within The Roku Channel. To log in to Max through The Roku Channel, you must have subscribed directly through it.
