Looks like you're still experiencing the issue. To help narrow things down, could you tell us which version of the app you're using? Is it the HBO Max on the Roku Channel, or the standalone one?

Hi Roku team - the Max account existed prior to my having the Roku. Is there a way to sign in through the Roku channel? I only see a way to start a new subscription.
