Gotham Sports app launches but all games locked.

I have a paid subscription to Gotham Sports.   I haven't been able to use it in forever.   I can't delete the app and I can't even add it to my homescreen.   I can search for it but it don't let me add.  If I click the star on the remote it just sits there and says what the app build number and that's it.   I launch it, it knows me and accepts a login if I log out and log back in.   All functions locked.  Can't watch anything.   Super frustrated.   Logs in on my iphone no problem.   Roku - not so much.   It's not like I can uninstall it and reinstall it.  I'd appreciate the help.
